Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an account or using oden.salon, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

oden.salon is a management and point-of-sale platform for beauty and grooming businesses that lets you:

• Book appointments and take clients without one
• Charge by card, cash or transfer, with tips and split bills
• Calculate commission, payouts and station rent
• Keep client history, promotions and loyalty
• Track stock with consumption per service
• Send reminders and confirmations over WhatsApp
• Run several locations from one account on the Pro plan

oden.salon is a technology intermediary. Card payments are processed by an authorised payment provider and messages are delivered by a messaging provider; we provide the integration, the storage and the interface.

3. Registration and Account

To use oden.salon you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your access credentials confidential
• All activity that happens under your account and your team’s
• Telling us immediately about any unauthorised use
• Keeping your contact and billing information up to date

4. Your Clients’ Data

The information about your clients is yours and you are responsible for how it is handled. By using oden.salon you agree to:

• Obtain your clients’ consent before sending them reminders and confirmations
• Obtain their consent before uploading before-and-after photographs
• Use the data only to provide your own services
• Handle any access, correction or deletion request your clients make to you

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use oden.salon only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following is prohibited:

• Using the service for illegal activity
• Recording charges for transactions that never happened
• Sending unsolicited bulk messages through the platform
• Attempting to access systems or data you are not authorised to
• Copying, modifying or distributing the software without authorisation

6. Payments and Subscription

We charge at the start of each period. The following applies to the plans:

• The trial lasts thirty days and needs no card
• Prices are in Mexican pesos and may change with prior notice
• The Pro plan is charged per location
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel whenever you like; we never renew without telling you
• There are no refunds for partial periods of use

7. Intellectual Property

oden.salon and all of its content, features and functionality are the property of Automatic73 and are protected by intellectual property law. Using the software grants you no ownership rights over it. Your client list, your service history and the data you upload remain yours.

8. Data and Backups

We run regular backups and you can export your information at any time. Even so, we recommend keeping your own records. We are not liable for data loss caused by:

• Unforeseen technical failures
• Actions taken by you or your team
• Events of force majeure

9. Service Availability

We work to keep oden.salon continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out scheduled maintenance that briefly affects the service.

Card payments and reminder delivery depend on external providers. If one of them has an outage outside our control, we will tell you and explain how to keep working and charging until it is restored.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, oden.salon will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses
• Loss of profit or revenue
• Loss of data
• Damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service

Your business’s tax and employment obligations remain yours at all times.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold oden.salon harmless against any claim, damage, loss or expense arising from your use of the service or from a breach of these terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to oden.salon at any time if:

• You breach these terms of service
• You fail to meet payment obligations
• You use the platform to send unsolicited messages
• Your account stays inactive for a prolonged period

When the relationship ends you have ninety days to export your client, service and payment history.

13. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on the site. Continued use of oden.salon after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
